To receive a report regarding pond maintenance and to consider appropriate steps to address issues raised. To consider the transfer of the Recreational Area from ownership by the Parish Council to ownership by the Charity and to consider steps needed to move this forward. To consider a socially distanced Easter egg hunt. Play area grant application update. To consider a mole management policy for Askham Bryan Recreation Area. To consider adoption of revised Standing orders taking into account electronic payment methods. To consider adoption of a Risk Assessment Schedule. To note that the partial AJ1 funding was not forthcoming owing to the speed data not supporting the extra funding.

Bank Reconciliation – report on current finances Report of invoices to be paid · Clerk’s Salary 01/01/21 to 31/01/21 plus deductions payable to HMRC. · Bedding Plants (Dean's Garden Centre £31.67, Dobbie's Garden Centre £9.99) - £34.72 + VAT. · Website - TEEC - 12 months hosting at £10 a month plus domain migration - £9.99 - £129.99 + VAT = £155.99. · Website - TEEC - migration of existing site to new site - two days at £220 a day - £440 + VAT = £528.

To consider Correspondence received by the Clerk since the last meeting and agree further action where necessary (170-188) and to report on posts made on Facebook.
